1 Mango, peeled, diced

1 Peach, peeled and diced

1 Tomato, diced

1 Clove of Garlic, minced

1/2 Red Onion, diced

1/2 Jalapeno, diced

1/2 Cup chopped Cilantro

1/2 TSP Sugar

1/2 TSP Salt

1 Lime, juiced

 

Place all diced fruits, vegetables, sugar, and salt in a medium size bowl.

Squeeze in lime juice. Toss to get everything well mixed. Transfer to a serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate for an hour before serving.
